  Waited for 45 minutes for one sandwich. Usually you’re much faster, was disappointing and made me late for work :(

  I usually love jimmy johns! For some reason my sandwich tasted like someone straight up sprayed cleaner on it??Couldnt even make it half way through my sandwich:/ Really weird! Maybe just a bad batch or something!

  Super disappointing. Not only did we wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru for our food, they got BOTH of our orders wrong. We went back to have them fix it and they got them BOTH wrong again. At that point we didn’t have time to keep coming back. The employees were too busy flirting with each other to take care of the customers. Definitely feeling frustrated.
