  Ordered cinnamon twists, was given Cinnabon delights. Ordered crispy chicken soft taco, was given a tortilla with beef and a little bit of cheese. Ordered a chicken quesadilla with nothing extra, was given a chicken quesadilla with sour cream. Like how do you mess up that bad. I ordered 5 things and yall got 3 of the things messed up. This Taco Bell genuinely sucks, it’s sad cuz I love my bell:(

  This place is great if you don't mind hair in your food. I was eating a burrito when I felt a hair in my mouth and in my throat. I pulled it out and it was a full strand of hair in the middle of my burrito. I almost threw up. Also they almost never give me the sauce packets I ask for which is annoying. They also consistently don't pronounce my name right which is annoying

  Don't get me wrong, I normally love my cheap tacos and battery acid, but this location in particular is pretty awful. It was move in day, so I understand it is busy, but waiting an hour for food is kinda ridiculous. If it was just this one occasion, I would be so upset, but this isn't the first time I've had to wait an hour for my food at this location, and the other times weren't even busy days. I had gotten the supreme lux box. My beefy 5 layer feels like it didn't have any beef and just refried beans, my chicken chalupa had beef in it instead of chicken for no reason, and the baha blast tasted like carbonated water. Though it thankfully didn't happen this time, I've had times where my taco is all lettuce and nothing else. When I ended up going to the bathroom while I waited, it looked scary. There was stuff/liquid all over the floor, the TP was everywhere, and the toilet seat looked like a mess. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend this location, but if you must, go through the drive through since they only seem to do those orders while the people in the lobby have to wait.

  I ordered a single burrito. I was one of 3 customer in the store when I got there. It took me 45 minutes to get my order. The kitchen was a mess and I saw food dropped and picked up multiple times. By the time that I got my order, there was a line of 7 people who wanted to cancel their order because they had to wait 20 minutes or more but could not get anyone at the front register to refund the order. We were told that it was because the manager was focusing on the drive though. Only 2 orders made it to the front of house while I was there. I counted over 50 that went to the drive through. There needs to be a training overhaul at this location. When I did get my burrito, it was half the size that it normaly is, and in correctly wrapped which caused everything to slide out the bottom of the burrito when I picked it up. I like taco bell, but this was the worst experience that I have ever had over my hundreds of visits to taco bell locations around the USA. Avoid this location if you can.

  Embarrassing. Bottom line: food sucks, service sucks, and it’s always dirty. When I go to taco bell I’m not expecting a lot. Late night munchies, quick lunch, I’m bored? Imma get some Taco Bell. Actual complaints There’s no meat in anything you get. If you get “extra” meat, I swear they’ll give you less (I’ll attach the picture). Anything that should be hard or crispy is stale or soggy; Doritos locos tacos, cinnamon twists, chips, crunch wrap? Nasty. Cheese is never melted, everything is always COLD. The service stinks. They’re scared to make eye contact and if you need anything it’ll probably take 5 minutes of you standing at the counter for them to talk to you.
