  Had multiple things missing from my order, all my supreme tacos were missing sour cream, one of my chicken chalupas was burnt to a crisp, and they also skimped heavily on the fries (didn’t even fill the cup) I’d recommend eating in so they can fix whatever food they mess up but you might be there for another hour

  Greed!! Watch out cause they try to upsell you sour cream on everything, extra meat, or spicy. They don’t tell you it’s an up charge. The last person said “is sour cream ok on those?” Like it was a free option. Owners trying to squeeze you for every cent!

  This place is a JOKE! I called to let them know they missed 2 tacos in my COMBO MEAL! Seriously?! Worst TB EVER! Managers are incompetent and have NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!! What a joke! I want MY refund!

  This is by far the very worst taco bell I've ever been to in my life. I'm a door dasher and every time I pick up from this particular store, it's at least a 15-45 minute wait. I will see several vehicles go in and out of the drive through long before I have a chance to pick up my order(s). Customers are customers regardless of whether they go through the drive- through, eat in or order through door dash!!! I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 13 years and at my work places, putting door dash orders very last was NEVER OKAY!! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience nearly EVERY SINGLE time I pick up from this taco bell.

  Literally waited over 30ish mins for my food all they seem to care about is the drive thru I am not the only one that has been waiting for this long others before and after me has been waiting longer as well they did not care about the customers in the lobby horrible and not only that when I got me food it was so sloppy cold and disgusting I spent $20 just for shitty service and food the lobby was also very dirty and disgusting
