- JDjacob deming2 days ago5.0I had a surprisingly great experience at McDonald’s in Rexburg. Compared to other locations, this one is definitely on the higher end. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered — especially considering the late hour we visited. Their positive attitude and welcoming demeanor made the experience far more enjoyable than I ever expected a McDonald’s visit to be. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to.

If you're looking for fast food dont go here even your normal sit down restaurant would be quicker than this McDonald's was passing through after a sporting event and stopped for a later dinner (wasn't even dinner rush hour) after approximately 25 to 30 minutes after placing our order we finally got our food well at least part of it they forgot our drinks even then the food was thrown together looked like a tornado or hurricane went through and however the meat and buns and toppings landed was how it was presented,food temperature needs improvement. The lobby aka dining room didn't look to swell either overflowing garbage cans with garbage falling onto the floor. It was a far cry from the McDonald's of my high school years where if you didn't have the customers order out to them within 5 minutes or less the manager was busting your chops.
