The last few times I’ve visited, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming - no greeting when I came in, and the manager on shift didn’t acknowledge customers. Most other employees have been great and friendly, but the manager often seems disengaged and unhappy to see customers. My food also consistently take close to 10 minutes, even if it's just fries, even when there were no other orders, and they’ve been inconsistent, sometimes overcooked or oversalted, or no salt at all. I like the food itself, but the service and energy here have really dropped compared to how it used to be. Hoping management can take a look and get this location back to the friendly, upbeat Five Guys standard I've always known and loved.
