As have the last 3 I’ve gotten from here unfortunately. I ask for white chocolate, Carmel sauce, and hazelnut and even ask for it to be made more sweet. But it tastes like nothing is in here:/ I’ve found that unless I tell them exactly how many pumps of each thing to put in my drink it tastes like there’s nothing in it:/ and there’s no option to put a specific amount of pumps on the app.

There is no indoor seating, but that is normal for a Dutch Bros because it is a barista joint to order a drink and go or sit outside. Very fast. And efficient service. May have to wait a little bit. Depending on how busy it is, but no matter what Dutch Bros has very good energy drinks, smoothies, hot cocoa, lemonades, and Teas. And a variety of flavors that you can combine with your order… Highly recommended.

I don't normally get ice because usually my drink gets watered down. I've never had this happen before and so I was just a little bit shocked lol.

When I got to the window they handed me a green drink with blue popping bobba I told them this didn't seem right and what I got. He said that the drink was right. But it definitely wasn't did not appreciate it. Loved my girl taking the order but the guy at the window did not listen to me.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
