  Out of all the Dairy Queen’s I’ve gone to, this one skimps on toppings/add-ins the most. I always order the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard, and every time I get it at this location I’m disappointed by the lack of chocolate (it’s practically vanilla) and the few brownie pieces in it. It’s gotten to the point where I pay extra for chocolate fudge and brownies. Even that isn’t working anymore—I paid extra and got the same bland result. Won’t be ordering it here again.

  Made fixing our order the hardest thing possible, and is the most expensive fast food restaurant I've been to- the same price as eating in a nice, sit down restaurant.

  Terrible service. Walked in and told them my order. They said they were working on it. Waited 5 minutes. still nothing. more customers came in and got their orders. 15 minutes later i say “hey im still waiting on my order” it’s been sitting on the back counter. then i have to wait another 4 minutes for them to bag it. Awful communication.

  I keep getting disappointed here. Tonight I waited several minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no greeting until I finally said something on my own. They then told me they were out of fries but I could substitute cheese curds or extra chicken for the same price. When I got to the window, the price was much higher than expected. Only then did I find out the cheese curds did not come at the same price. I asked what I could get that didn’t cost extra, and they switched my order to extra chicken. The manager brought my food and said, “It looks like the kitchen already made it, so we’ll allow it this time since we don’t have fries.” I felt bad for a moment, but I realized I hadn’t done anything wrong, they were the ones giving conflicting information. To top it off, my food wasn’t even in a proper to-go box. They put a dine-in tray at the bottom of the bag.
