With this location specifically, I've only had one issue in the many times I've visited and that has to do with the pick-up window service. Many times I've shown up and I dont get greeted or anything, the window opens and they just say "Name", I respond, they grab my food and then say "here" promptly shutting the window in my face. Its really weird/robotic and I get you want to be efficient too but your simple "hi", "thanks", "have a great day" pleasantries go a long way and aren't really going to slow things down... also smile? And just to reiterate, I do recommend this location and the food, just be aware that this is the experience you can expect.
