  Went there a while ago. They had a promotion but they just made it valid for 1 member of my family and not each as it was stated in the promotion. Also 1st time I ever go to a Chipotle and when ordering my food I wasn't informed of the extra costs they have they just ask "guacamole?" And never said that it was extra charge, neither things that were spicy. What it would've been a $20 dollars lunch was a $50+ lunch and didn't realize until after I had payed. I talked to every costumer service (there at the restaurant, phone and email) and what they offered was a buy one get one offer which is ridiculous. I promise myself I would never eat at a Chipotle ever again as they have the worst customer service and food isn't even that good. Disappointed and still angry that that company robbed us.

  Very dishonest pricing tactics. Very slimy and feels scammy. They will ask you if you want things included, without any sort of clarification on which part they charge extra for. Then they add several dollars at the end for things like guac and queso. Very unclear pricing tactics that do not feel fair to the customer. My burrito was over $20 which is ridiculous and not disclosed until the end when it is too late to make changes.

  When I eat at a restaurant I want to sit downorder from a menu i can hold, and be waited on. I don't want to sit in uncomfortable chairs, wait in line look up at a menu far away on thre wall, have people behind me in line get impatient while I select a menu item, and serve myself. Ill continue to eat at Gringos. There the food is great, a great menu, all the time I need to pick my meal at a nice comfortable seat, table and atmosphere.

  Food, amazing, staff, helpful. But don't expect to contact the store. Wanna make a phone order? Talk to AI, wanna make sure your loved one made it to work? Too bad talk to the phone tree. Just wanna call and ask what meat they have ( given you can't search it ) too freaking bad. Talk to AI or no one at this store. And after I presonaly addressed management about this issue. They just said " that the way it is". So if you want good food, sure come here. If you want a place that respects you go somewhere else. I hold no personal affiliation with the restaurant. But just the idea that they would be okay with this is disgusting. Talk to AI and order a burrito. Just don't count on ever talking to a real person. Be it for a burrito or welfare check
