    I felt the need to give this place the 5-star review they deserve. My orders here are always fresh and served in good time. Tonight I witnessed something all too common and absolutely unacceptable, and I felt the need to include a little PSA. A lady was served her food which she took no time to examine before accusing the employee of her fries being old. The employee politely informed the woman that she just pulled them from the fryer, to which the woman responded "you have no right to talk to a customer like that" and demanded to talk to a manager and get her meal refunded. She walked out with a full refund as well as a free meal coupon and the same bad attitude she walked in with, leaving behind a flustered manager and a belittled employee. It was tragic, but the real tragedy is the life lesson that if you act like an entitled despot, you get whatever you want. Please treat these guys like the superheroes they are!! And when you do have a problem, be respectful and patient and treat people like people!!!

    I’ve lived here for 5 years and have never had such an issue with any fast food chain -even this one- as I did this evening. My brother when to pick up food here for our whole family of 6. When he returned (and we live 6 minutes away), they had forgotten to give us three things. One large curly fry, 1 5 piece chicken tenders, and Arby’s sauce. I’ve never been missing so much from a drive through. Our receipt indicated that we had paid for these items. My brother went back and walked into the Arby’s and spoke to a gentleman with dark hair (he said black he thinks), maybe around 30, with facial hair. He proceeded to tell him that he has “come a long time ago” and “should have come in right after he got his food”. He said they were out of curly fries, but gave him the chicken tenders and Arby’s sauce. My brother had to ask him for a refund for the curly fries and he said “well, let me see what I can do…” Then, luckily proceeded to give him the refund. This man needs to get fired. He was very rude and my brother has sworn off going to Arby’s again here. Do better with your hires please!!

    This place is literally the slowest place on the planet. Not a single person showed any hustle and we waited at least 15 minutes.
