- JWJaimie Wilson5 days ago2.0We frequent the Rexburg Dutch Bros. However, our most recent visit we ended up leaving without ordering because the person taking orders took orders from 4 cars behind us completely ignoring us while we were in front of the line on the right. What a dissappointment.

Ive been struggling lately, especially today, and not only were they empathetic and kind and helped make me laugh and feel better but the drink I ordered was so good. I cant thank them enough.

The drinks are always top tier as well!!! I love that I have so many options outside of whole milk, as I’m allergic!! The always top of the line service is really icing on the cake!! I never skip stopping by this Dutch Bros location!

- BBBenjaminMar 28, 20263.0I really enjoy going to Dutch Bros, I really like the variety of drinks they do and how customizable everything is. I’ve always had positive experiences at this branch until my last couple visits. They’re normally very attentive, quick, and positive folks. The last couple times I’ve gone though the service has been just a bit lackluster, not a normal Dutch experience. And the last couple times they’ve gotten our drink orders wrong. It’s just small stuff, and it wasn’t until a couple weeks ago that I’ve started having negative experiences here, but when you get the order wrong a couple times in a row, it makes me not want to go again next time, it’s frustrating. It wasn’t during a rush or anything, just a slow, normal afternoon.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
