  What a freaking joke. They force you to use an app to get an advertised price and they've jacked up the price on blizzards to $8 a piece. Then you have to use an app to get back to a normal price of two blizzards. The app doesn't even work You have to go in and show them the app to get it to work. Then if you order Heath for some freaking stupid reason they put fudge in it It tastes like crap and then when you ask them why is there fudge in it they say it's because that's how it comes.... well I didn't order fudge. Then they say oh well you're guess you're screwed because you didn't happen to know that we changed to adding fudge to Heath for no freaking reason and now you get to eat shizzy tasting blizzard that cost $8 a piece and we're not going to fix it. I have ordered Heath blizards my whole life and never had fudge in it before. I don't know what all the other dairy Queens in the world are but I do know the one in Rexburg sucks. They obviously don't care about their customers. I don't like being fudged over!!!

  Could tell that the girl at the window was done for the day. Got some blizzards that were more like a milkshake and she didn't even flip them over. Asked if i wanted a lid and made a mess when putting it on one and it ended up leaking in my car. Asked if she thought if it would fall out if I flipped it over she said she didn't know. I think dairy queen has gone down hill in the past few years and they have the prices up to cancel out the care for customers and quality of food.

  I’ve personally enjoyed the times that I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen, but I feel that the space is too small for accommodating the crowds that show up there. Being a college town with not much to do, I’ve found that a lot of people will go to Dairy Queen to hang out with their friends, and it will feel unbreathably packed.
