If you don’t want to be in customer service don’t work at chick fil a. The company policies very clearly say to be friendly. I’ve had many occasions where no one smiles or even greets you when you get your food. I’ve heard one employee yelling at another simply for asking a question. The environment doesn’t feel friendly or welcoming. It cause me to feel like my money is better spent elsewhere. Whenever you say “thank you” most of the time you don’t get a “my pleasure” back. Ps. I’m friends with a lot of people that work there. This is my honest opinion on what I have seen and felt.
