I also ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes on the side and they were way too full and spilled when opened. The food was fine it was just a bad experience

We finally gave up and moved to the window - the lady working made eye contact but ignored us. By this point it was 9:58. We wanted a blizzard - nothing requiring cooking. Finally at 10:00, the boy working came to the window and told us they were closed. When we stated we came before they closed, they said they closed at 9:55. Not cool. If you state your hours are until 10, please accept orders (to a point) up to that time.
