Multiple times we have arrived well before closing while the open light is on and have been left at the drive through order screen totally ignored and not served. Blizzards have been made with incorrect ingredients several times. It isn't worth it anymore to go to this location. It used to be one of the best around about 10 years ago.

The staff needs to learn how to make a proper blizzard. Will not visit this location again. The Post Falls DQ on Seltice is much, much better.
