  While Domino's is not my favorite pizza, its the closest pizza place to us and are willing to deliver to outlying areas (if you call). The one thing I have to say is the staff is top notch. Always friendly on the phone, and when picking up they all seem like they are happy and willing to please. I can appreciate good customer service- great job guys

  PLEASE change your hold audio, I had to listen to the same like 5 second commercial 80 or so times while waiting on hold because I had to call about an issue with my order. I was already pissed and I got to the point that I just gave up and hung up after being on hold for over 4 minutes. I won't be coming back.

  I’m honestly beyond frustrated with what I just experienced. I waited over an hour for my carryout order, which is already ridiculous, and when I finally asked about it, I was told it would be remade. So I stayed and waited another 20 minutes, thinking it would finally be right, only for my order to still come out wrong. At that point it just felt like my time didn’t matter at all. I’m standing there watching a full staff behind the counter, and the lobby is packed with other people going through the exact same thing. It doesn’t make any sense. How is there a full team working and yet nobody can get orders out correctly or in a reasonable amount of time? What was honestly shocking was watching the management during all of this. Instead of stepping in to help where things were clearly falling apart, they were just barking orders at the staff, piling more on before the current tasks were even finished. It didn’t look like leadership, it looked like chaos, and it clearly wasn’t helping the situation. I don’t complain unless something is genuinely wrong, but this was just a mess from start to finish. And how customers, including myself are treated is just downright wrong. I wasted well over an hour of my time and still left with the wrong food. That’s not okay. I’d really like to know how this happened and what’s going to be done to fix it.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to deserve one. The wait time at this Domino’s was completely unacceptable. I was quoted around 20–30 minutes for my order, but it ended up taking well over an hour and half with no clear communication or updates from the staff. What made it worse was that multiple customers were standing around asking about their orders, and no one seemed to have a straight answer. It felt disorganized and like they were overwhelmed but not handling it well at all. The drivers who appeared to have no orders to deliver due to wait times as well where helpful, but the managers where incompetent at best and hostile at worst I understand that busy times happen, but at the very least there should be accurate estimates or some effort to keep customers informed. Instead, it was just a long, unclear wait with no accountability. Definitely reconsidering ordering from this location again. Would leave 0 Stars if I could

  I rarely take the time to post reviews, but I felt this was necessary to share. I want to start by saying that most of the staff and management were respectful, welcoming, and made a great impression. Unfortunately, my experience was completely overshadowed by my interaction with a staff member named Lillian. Her attitude came across as unprofessional and dismissive. It felt like there was little to no care for either the customer experience or the food I had ordered. The lack of attention and overall negative demeanor turned what should have been an enjoyable visit into a frustrating one. I don’t usually leave complaints, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I hope this is addressed by management, as it takes away from what is otherwise a strong team and a positive environment.
