- KBKen Behr2 days ago1.0Won't be going back. With no one else dining-in @ the time of ordering, and very few cars @ the drive-in, we felt confident in being able to be served quickly. 30 minutes after ordering, sitting by ourselves in the first booth directly in view of the staff, none of the 8 employees are working. When i approached them, they didnt have a clue of me ever ordering. While waiting for some type of resolution, a middle aged man, together with his son, also approached the counter demanding to speak to a manager. They appeared to be baffled by this request especially as none of the 8 could have been over 18 and none displayed any maturity in conflict resolutuion. This guy was screaming how he waited over 15 minutes for a simple bacon burger and finally received it cold and without bacon. At least his burger didnt look as if it was ran over by a semi... ours did. I normally try to say 'something' redeeming about places i review but i am at a loss trying to think of something in this case

I saw 4 people just standing behind the counter not doing anything. And the guy who took my card never told me a total and never gave me a receipt. This is not the first time this location has gotten my order wrong.

Multiple times we have arrived well before closing while the open light is on and have been left at the drive through order screen totally ignored and not served. Blizzards have been made with incorrect ingredients several times. It isn't worth it anymore to go to this location. It used to be one of the best around about 10 years ago.
