Carrie is an employee who should be reprimanded for her awful and unacceptable behavior in the work place! Not only to customers but to the other employees, she was verbally abusive and rude. There were several people waiting an HOUR for their food that they had already paid for via the kiosk and a Door Dash guy who left after an hour. My grandson walked in after we went through the drive through and asked for our order to be corrected and NOBODY would acknowledge him. Then I went in and witnessed her attitude and behavior, apparently she was anxious to close and go home and made sure we all knew. Never going there again

Worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. I got the chicken quesadillas and over half of it had no chicken and a sprinkle of cheese and they cost nearly $8. Also beware of ordering through uber, you’re not treated as other paying customers and are not allowed the privilege of using the drive thru to get your food, even when you get blocked in and are forced to wait in the drive thru anyways! I’ve heard of this policy for uber DRIVERS not paying customers. To make things even worse, they forgot all of the fire sauce that I ordered. I will be avoiding this location and will encourage others to do so as well. You can get better customer service and quality food from the other restaurants in our great city.

I just came through and spend 6.50 on a beef chalupa, and there was nothing inside it! For 6 dollars I would have liked more than bread! Very disappointing and don’t recommend waisting your money

Not family friendly. At all.
I've been here multiple times and night crew spew stuff so loud and vile people end up uncomfortable. Ask the group of *teenagers* recognizing how out of pocket the associates are here. Loud. Unprofessional. Vulgar. I don't know how anyone still has employment here.
And slow. Sadly. Really slow. Or I wouldn't have this *this much time* on my hands and be able to review the place *before* leaving.
I know more about your associates anger towards each other and their schedules than I do your current specials...

We’ve been going to this location for a long time we have noticed a steep decline recently. This week we ordered bean burritos with extra onions which we were charged for, I also ordered a pintos and cheese with extra onions which we were charged for. After getting them home, both items had zero onions on them. We let it go we didn’t call management. Then last night we go we order the same thing my pintos and cheese and I’m not even joking. You had less than a quarter spoonful of beans in it and it was all onions and the burrito had zero onions. The amount of times I have received food from this location that I have paid for that is not in the bag, or made incorrectly that I have let go is insane. Well over $100 at this point I have tried calling since yesterday. They never pick up their phone so I plan on calling corporate. Like I said there has been countless times in the past where my food has been missing that I just let it go, but it comes a point where it is beyond frustrating and it is just willful neglect & theft
