Today I ordered two hamburger meal. It’s actually their cheeseburger meal but I asked for no cheese. I received one burger without cheese and the other with cheese. My receipt clearly shows it was rung up correctly. I asked to add two sundaes to my order and they said it would have to be paid separately ok no problem! My card didn’t go through the second time and I was told “ you can only use your card once a day at McDonalds” so I paid cash for the sundaes. They came half full. I had to ask for lids, I had to ask for a drink carrier.

Honestly, this is near my house so I have been a few times. It really is hit or miss. Sometimes I have quick service and my food is hot, and sometimes they are slow. Tonight though the only person who served me well was the young lady at the first window. The lady handing me my drinks was snippy and snapped at me, and had a poor attitude. I happened to catch her name, Meredith. Our food was cold and not well prepared honestly. And this definitely was not the first night this has happened. Overall, just disappointed and makes me reconsidering giving them my business when I have gotten better at Seltice.

This was a terrible experience. We ordered in the drive through, first their icecream machine was out of order, of course. I put in an order for a Medium Caramel frappe, paid for it and then they told me that they couldn't make it. They gave me a small frozen fanta instead. NOT the same price as a frappe. Secondly I ordered 1 medium fry and 2 large fries, and paid for it. But I got 2 medium fries and 1 large fry. Lastly I ordered nuggets and paid for 3 ranch and they didn't add the ranch. Overall I'm very disappointed in the workers, this is a clear sign of laziness. Given that this McDonalds was just put in, it has very poor management.

Geez... I was so excited to finally try this place since it was new. I don't even eat McDonald's but my son was begging to go eat inside he's 7. First off I go inside you have to order everything yourself with a touch screen. It's was not busy at all.. After I place the order for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a cookie. I begin to wait. And wait... and wait... finally after 20 min and cars going through the drive through and other people coming and leaving except for 3 other customers.. I ask how much longer. They said they were waiting on the bacon. Which is funny because neither sandwiches had bacon! I said, I have no bacon on my sandwiches and they were like oh yea.. we are waiting on the cookie.. 20 min for one cookie. I feel they could of definitely gave me my food since I ordered it to eat in and let me know the cookies were baking.. So while I am waiting another 12 min for a be cookie. There is multiple customers getting upset about the e wait, while we see cars coming and going out the drive through and pick up orders being filled.. finally one customer went up and asked where his food was and demanded a refund , then right then they brought out his food! Interesting.. finally my food comes after having a restless 7 year old sit for 35 min who was hungry.. They brought it in a to go bag when were trying to have the experience of sitting eating in. So we left as fast as you could to get out of there! They said they were waiting on bacon and cookies to everyone.. so I feel this could be a management issue. Should not be open for breakfast and not have bacon at a fast food place that is delaying. Now I am not sure if I will go back, I already do not like McDonalds but my son likes to go for a happy mean once in awhile. So I was a little excited since its 2 min from my home. But I do not think I will go there again.

Went for breakfast.
At 4AM, I was told the system was still starting and I needed to wait 10 minutes. Okay, no big deal, I'll wait. Then I ordered a #4 with an orange juice, a #10 with a small Coke, and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit on the side. I pull around to the second window as asked to, pay for my order, received my drinks, and then I was told to pull up to the third window to wait for my order. There was 2 cars behind me so that's fine. But not even 5 seconds later the third window flies open, and the girl from the second window hands me a bag then says something quickly as she runs back to the other window.
I get home and open the bag, all it has inside is 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Naturally I drive back to the store, expecting they must have just forgot my food inside. I pull to the window and explain I never got my steak bagel or my hash browns. The girl takes my bag and disappears. Then I'm greeted by a new lady who says, "I'm the manager and I bagged your order myself, I'm going to need to see the food please."
Long story short, I was treated like I was lying, and eventually they "fixed" my order. They still didn't get it right. Only 1 hash brown was added and the bagel wasn't steak it was sausage. Incredibly bad customer service experience and got the order wrong TWICE!!
