  We used to order from the Post Falls Jimmy Johns quite frequently and never had an issue. Tonight we decided to order delivery, three sandwhiches. They arrived quickly but the bread was very, very stale, like 2 day old bread. It was bad. All three sandwhiches had so much lettuce the meat and cheese wouldn't even stay on. We had to pull a lot of the lettuce off. Probably won't order from them again, it seems like it's gone down hill a little and the price just isn't worth it.

  Went before Christmas and thought the lack of meat on our sandwiches was fluke. Gave them another try yesterday and to my disappointment there was 1.5 slice of turkey on my sandwich. It was the least amount of turkey I’ve had. Honestly let’s call it a veggie sandwich because that’s what’s on it. For 10$ and maybe 2 oz of meat (that’s me being generous honestly), I’m gonna decline returning and continuing being disappointed.

  Great service! Great sandwiches! GM Thomas is attentive, respectful and polite! Had an issue with an order and he personally made it right. Appreciate the great customer service!

  I got the roasted beach club wow was it out of this world I also use the app so I got my regular size sandwich for six dollars

  Horrible service, poor quality food, and an overall bad experience!! Stay away from this establishment. I called for "toasted " sandwiches to be delivered. After 45 minutes I called and found out my food was still there waiting on a delivery driver. They told me they would "remake " the order and call another driver. After another 30 plus minutes I called back and the order was still there. At that point the order was canceled. 20 minutes later I got a message that the order was remade it again and it was on it's way . The sandwichs were clearly not remade. They were cold, soggy, and literally no meat! I will never step foot or order from Jimmy John's again. You should be ashamed of everything that happened.
