    Best Taco Bell I’ve been to yet!! Baja was perfect in carbonation, hot sauce was tasty but did NOT burn my tongue! Compliments to the chef!! And Cary and Colin were DA BOMB! BAJAJAJJA BLAST DIS BAJAJA IS BUSSSS 🙌🙌

    I went inside and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food because they were worried about the drive through and not inside customers, I had to originally wait to be helped by a person instead of the kiosks

    I think they changed management in late 2024 or 2025 and ever since they have issues not giving everything ordered, skimping out on ingredients like sauce, etc. Past 2 times I've ordered my combo I got none of my sides and none of my extra sauces I ordered.

    This location is failing hard right now. They do not check the orders in the drive thru, and make a complete mess in the bag. They got our last 3 orders incorrect. Also they have an employee waiting to take your order before the drive thru screen. No matter the time of year. It's very off putting. Why not use the order screen? What the heck is it there for? This store needs a new manager or the owner to step in and train everyone properly. Ive worked fast food and managed stores in the past. Its not difficult to run an efficient store.

    My food was great, everything was correct, the service as always, was fantastic and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. Issues rarely arise but if you do come across an issue they will gladly fix it for you the fastest possible and the employees here are VERY KIND SO BE KIND BACK! This store is always busy, it always has the best in app deals especially for families which my kids and I enjoy a lot considering the state line location doesn’t offer it. (Thank you!) Love this Taco Bell and as always thanks for great food and great service I will be back! :)
