Don’t get anything fried. I don’t think they ever change the oil out! Have thrown away 2 Mexican pizzas and now the crispy chicken taco. Won’t be wasting money there again.

Horrible terrible service. Went in to pick up a door dash order where they have a new pick up window for after hours. Stood outside in the cold for literally FOURTY MINUTES waiting for the order I was picking up. Meanwhile I'm watching them fill order after order for their drive through. Atleast 15 drive through orders without putting out a SINGLE door dash order (there were other dashers waiting as well). The lady kept telling me I was waiting for three other dashers in front of me. Not one order was put out the entire time I was there until my order came out FOURTY minutes after arriving. No apologies or explanation for the wait. One gentleman waited ten minutes before they even inquired who he was picking up for. When the order finally did come out it was rather large. Four deluxe boxes and a bag of food as well as five drinks. The gentleman handed all of the food to me not even in a bag and proceeded to walk away without a word. When I asked if there were drinks he rudely told me he was getting them. A woman that was working noticed he hadn't brought all this food out in a bag and rushed one out to me as he was bringing the drinks out. He became impatient as she helped me get the food into the bag and walked my drinks even further out of my way to set them on a table rather than wait the five seconds and hand them to me. Again no apologies. I made seven dollars in 52 minutes for a delivery two miles from the taco Bell due to this neglegence. Absolutely ridiculous and no excuse what so ever. When apologizing to the person who ordered she expressed to me this is a common occurrence.

Really wish this taco bell would quit having someone outside to take orders. Can't see, let alone order from, the menu. I've worked in fast food I'm not stupid, the only reason for this is to boost the drive through times. If your times are that bad, do better. Because this is rediculous.

The art of customer service is diminishing. While it is nice to have the option to use a kiosk to order your food, people also appreciate having their order taken when there is no one in the establishment and it is obvious you are struggling with the order on your own. Also, when they forget to give you your drinks, then you have to go back up to ask, instead of bringing the forgotten drinks to you, you have to make multiple trips back to the counter to get them yourself. Less than impressed today, sadly.

Employees inside were badmouthing other workers while customers were in the lobby and using inappropriate language for a public food service place. Very poor experience.
