  I wonder what nachos without cheese is called, a bell grande perhaps. Haven't checked the burritos yet but I suspect saying no sour cream translates to no dairy, or fake dairy to be more accurate. I have had many of these experiences at this location, just never took the time to review. At this point I would suggest going a little farther to liberty lake as this location 1 for 10 or so for accuracy, either the thing you ask to hold is on there, no sauces, or this example here and I haven't looked at the the burritos yet but asked for no sour cream there also. Suspect I probably got no cheesy double beef burritos. Be sure to keep hiring the way you do so we can see an Arby's or something else take over that building when you close down.

  Came in around 10pm-11pm, at first they made my order wrong but it was a simple misunderstanding. They were polite and patient with me when it came to fixing my order. The remake was excellent and I plan on coming back late night again.

  The man with the spider tattoo on his arm has horrible service, didn't say a word to me while handing out my order despite me thanking him multiple times and just shut the window.

  Absolutely terrible. Sat at the drive through window for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to take our order (even honked & said hello to get attention). Cars piled up behind us. Eventually drove up to the window to try and get our order taken; they told us to drive back around and try again & told us we probably went to the wrong ‘screen’. 🤦🏼‍♀️ when we pulled out to just leave 5+ cars were still waiting in the drive though having the same issue.
