    Lazy workers - closing an hour early and cleaning up all vegetables and turning off the toaster so she doesn’t have to serve anyone - and then smirking about it on the way out… terrible workers everytime I go in

    well i wasn't going to leave a review but the email i received, from what i assume is the franchise owner of this location, handled this so poorly. For context, we ordered online and went to pickup. We do not live in the area and had a busy day ahead of us so by the time we realized what was wrong we couldn't easily go back to fix it. What was wrong? The grilled chicken on one of our sandwiches had gone bad bad. It tasted SWEET and off putting. you know when meat has gone bad. I nicely contacted through the subway app and left my honest feedback asking for a refund on the 1 sandwich only. A week later i get an email back stating it's against subway policy to refund and they offered me a coupon. like no i do not want to go back to this place if this is your standards??? absolutely not. So 1. Do not eat here because the standards are clearly below bare minimum (anyone who has worked in food industry, yes i have myself, KNOWS everything needs to be properly dated/stored so you NEVER deal with this) so what else are they slacking on?? 2. You will not get your money back and that seems sketch to me. There are so many GOOD sandwiches places for a better price. Subway needs to die out for real. 😭

    I ordered online for pickup and I came home after getting my order and hair in my sandwich. I tried to call 3 times just to get a refund and they did not answer .

    I online ordered two sandwiches. When I picked them up everything was fine, but after driving away and opening I realized both sandwiches were comically wrong. One was just meat/cheese (the wrong kind)/mayo. No veggies, no correct sauce. The other was the wrong cheese, wrong/missing/brown veggies, and wrong/missing sauces. Usually I wouldn’t care if one or two things were forgotten, but only putting meat and cheese on is so blatantly wrong. Ended up throwing everything away. I’ve tried called for three days for a refund but the store doesn’t answer.
