We used a gift card we got last Christmas and the look on the employees faces was almost frustrating look that they had to deal with a gift card. The girl in the window was not nice at all and was super short with us. I’ve worked in fast food when I was younger and no matter what I was nice to everybody and made convos with anybody I could, even if it was busy. But when we went through the drive thru it was not busy at all no cars in front nor cars behind us. Our food( 2 meals) took around 10 mins after paying to receive our food. I think the quality of customer service needs to improved a lot. Fast food is not the only mission, having good customer service and wanting people to come back should also be held to the same standard as the drive time numbers.
