  The customer service at this location is amazing! We rented a room for a party and Elijah was just amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. He even fixed a mistake I made, when it was completely my fault! I couldn’t believe he was so helpful, when I made a mistake with ordering. The customer service is not only incredible, the pizza was so fresh and hot! Thank you to all the employees! The store is also extremely clean, so was the party room! 10/10 recommend this location!!!

  So they forgot 8 wings, we called they not only brought those 8 wings they brought us 8 extra and some Rt Beer. The Manager was so nice and professional on the phone, and whoever brought us our food both times were so nice. Our Pizza was on point. Absolutely soooo good!! Everything tasted amazing!! Thank you to the crew that made our night!

  This place has really gone down hill in experience. They are continually messing up our orders and the manager doesn’t care to improve any experience for the Post Falls, ID on Mullan store. They do not make the pizzas completely per detailed (leave out drizzle, ingredients) and the don’t actually ready the order for specific wing flavors just hand you some order. I have been ordering from the same location for 4 years and this last year it’s been crappy food, less quality taste and customer service is non existent. If you do visit the Post Falls, ID location (off Mullan and hwy 41) triple check your orders ALWAYS!

  Best Pizza and Sides in Town. Well worth the effort getting there. Staff is friendly and will promptly service you, correct mistakes, and do it all with a smile. Love you guys!
