I stopped going to this location 6 years ago, because they could never seem to have my pizza ready quicker than 60-90 mins on pickup. I moved away from the area for 5 years and just moved back and figured Id give them another chance since its been 5 years and figured surely any management or understaffing problems were figured out by now and it would be my usual 20-30 min wait, but I just waited 30 mins to leave my house to pick up my pizza and when I got there, they told me it would be another 40-50 mins before my pizza was done. My advice Just order from Mullan ave store and drive 5 more mins down the road to get your pizza. Itll be quicker than ordering from here. Clearly the mismanagement of this store and its inefficiencies run deeper than management and employees and lie on the franchise owner. Get it together guys
