  First time at this Chipotle and what a let down. They were out of several items (steak, chicken, barbacoa, and white rice). The only meat options were chicken, chicken pastor or carnitas. What they had tastes great, just not what I was hoping for. You would think we came in at closing time, but this was 3pm on the afternoon. On top of that when we left, their only trash can was overflowing.

  Well, first I had to drive across four speed bumps in the parking lot to get to the door. I hate micro-managing speed bumps. When I finally got to Chipotle, they were out of steak and out of ground beef. Chicken and pork only. Everyone was nice, but I like to know that when I get in the car to go someplace that they will be there with the things they are supposed to have. Disappointing enough that I will probably not return.

  Ordered online for pickup in the mobile order drive up. 3 tacos, all the same. Got home and had soft shells instead of crunchy. No tomato salsa and no guacamole which I paid extra for. VERY disappointing! They also stacked the tacos on top of each other instead of side by side inside the foil. It was a total mess. Paying almost $20 and not getting what you order is frustrating. I even tipped. Won't be doing that again, probably won't go back either.

  I just left the Chipotle in Post Falls, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I was second in line and still waited over 28 minutes just to be helped. During that time, I observed only one employee actively preparing food and another working in the kitchen, while three other employees stood around on their phones, laughing and talking about raises. When it was finally my turn to order, I then had to wait even longer at the register because those same employees were still not assisting customers. The only person working continued preparing food for others, leaving the front completely unattended. This added another 10 minutes to my wait. By the time I finally paid and left, the last person in line behind me still had not been helped. The lack of urgency, teamwork, and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. I understand everyone has off days, but this felt like a clear lack of management and accountability. If the staff showed more initiative and professionalism, it would create a much better experience for customers—and likely reflect better on them as employees as well. Very disappointing experience.

  I always order thru the app and have had a great experience every time. I saved my customized steak bowl so I can easily reorder and I can choose when I want it to be ready. I pick it up in the drive thru and it's always so full that the lid barely fits on top. ❤️ It's also been ready on time every time. I love that we finally have a Chipotle in our area!
