  Taco Bell in ponderay. Went to drive through and placed my order. I asked for a veggie bowl with only black beans like I always do. At the window It a was not correct. So I ask for them to correct the order. Manager would not ,said It always comes with both beans. And then said I never asked for only black beans and would not correct it. I asked to speak to the manager and he said I am the manager. Then slammed the window in my face. Someone needs to fire this manager. I called the store and asked for the one above this manager they called kasha. They wouldn’t give me his last name. They said call back Tuesday. So I will.

  I've eaten at this Taco Bell a handful of times now and every time I'm always slightly disappointed with how much smaller the portions are versus any other Taco Bell I've been to, but this takes the cake. This Taco Bell without question has the smallest portions of any Taco Bell I've ever been to, and Taco Bell is the first fast food place I go to if I'm eating fast food so it's been a good number of different locations. The Highlight I think was when my wife went and got a Breakfast Crunchwrap on the way down to meet me somewhere and I happened to grab one too at a different location and hers was easily half the size of mine and that is just a common size difference.

  Just don’t go inside unless you like waiting longer. Customer service is okay everyone is nice. But it’s very clear they prioritize their drive thru customers over their lobby guests. I made a mobile order, showed up 15 minutes later, and waited inside for another 20 minutes while the drive thru moved very quick. I mean people who showed up after me and ordered long after me, got their food before I did. This is just one instance when there’s been several and I’ve seen other people get frustrated too. They just need to pay attention to their lobby better.

  I have to say Brendan had the best customer service skills. It truly is becoming a lost art. It's people like him that have the ability to make someone's whole day better.

  Wow. This is the best taco bell in the universe. I would give them my left kidney but I did not round up to donate 30 cents if you know what I mean 😉😉😉😏😏😏😏😏😏 my breakfast crunch wrap was the perfect amount of spicy. And those cinnabon delights 12 pack were so delightful.
