The workers working were standing around talking and playing games on their phones. The window finally opened and instantly I was just told to move to the end of the building nothing else. I watched 5 other cars come and go and I still waited. My husband ran in to use the restroom and said the workers were standing around arguing about the women's bathroom. Finally two people brought my food and drinks. It was basically thrown at me and super rude and unprofessional. They gave my kiddo no sauce so I went in to get it. Which took a while again because they were playing around and talking. Finally I got going down the road to only realize my teenage son's spicy mccrispy had zero sauce at all. It was a patty with two pickles and that was it. I refused to turn around and deal with them anymore. Upper management may want to look into this because I'm pretty sure one of the guys playing games on his phone not paying attention was a manager. Super disappointed ☹️

I opened my bag to find out there was a missing quarter pounder sandwich. Tried to call, but their number goes to a fax machine!
