After waiting that long, I went inside to request a refund. To make things worse, we were told to pull forward in the drive-thru so it would appear that our order was served on time, even though it clearly wasn’t. This felt dishonest and extremely frustrating as a customer. There was no compensation or explanation except we ran out of biscuits. It would have been super respectful for someone to tell us so we didn’t have to wait for nothing.
