It was a busy lunch rush hence why I ordered through the app ahead of time. I had to walk in and ask about my order of which they didn't even have it started yet. Receipt received at first window at 12:23, received food at 12:47. Very unhappy and won't expect to go back to this location.

Quick search shows they moved away from the rings they use to use and automated the egg process. Instead of a fluffy round egg, you get a thin rubbery thing. I'll never understand why large companies make changes to iconic items that make the product worse. You lose customers to save a few bucks. On top of that two of them were just shy of $10, which is a total rip off for the quality. Service was good, but nothing they can do about corporate changes that make the food worse. Now I know and I'll never be back.

Ordered 2 sausage burritos but a cold plain bun with sausage patty was what came. Next order was same sausage burritos this time, no sausage. I even asked the window clerk to check the order and it was still wrong
