  I have ordered from this location three or four times and everytime my order has been completely wrong or missing something. I understand a mess up but when a chain restaurant consistently messes up something is wrong, if you’re in poky go to the 5th street location. This is outrageous! There is no reason for such a huge chain to mess up orders 100% of the time. Even if you order through the app and receive a messed up order, call and they offer the correct order for free, it will still be incorrect! I’m not a karen and i’m usually very forgiving about this sort of thing but if it happens every single time it is just upsetting

  I didn’t receive my napkins or my utensils even when it was a Mobile order the girl in the last window was kinda rude

  I hate it when I go through the drive-thru or inside and they always ask me if I want to double the beef or sour cream with every item I order. Then when you ask for sauces with your order you shouldn't have to look through the bag or boxes to see if you got your sauces. Usually the food is pretty good, nice and hot and hits the spot. With our order today we did not get our sauces and our food had a temp it seemed like it was sitting out on the counter for a period of time. It's almost food poisoning worthy. I'm not even interested on getting a refund. When you've had a long day the last thing you want to do is drive back to the place that disappointed you to complain about the food you received. I was really looking forward to it because I did not want to cook dinner tonight. Even though our meal was not that expensive, its really disappointing.

  After eating 90% of my food I pull this weird chunk of lettuce out of my stacker and find this lovely little guy in there. I’m actually sick to my stomach..If reviews say the establishment is dirty chances are it’s dirty..

  I go in to wash sticky goo off my hands and employee looked straight at me after he did his business in the stall. And he saw that I was going to use the stall. Come to find out no paper, yet he made effort to refurbish the paper roll. None the less I won't be back. I'm glad I had napkins in my pocket.
