  I’ve ordered multiple times from here and it’s always terrible. The most recent time it took an hour and a half for my two sandwiches to be delivered and when it was they delivered to the wrong address. I called to try and get help and they just said they could remake it or refund me. I didn’t feel like waiting another hour and a half for two sandwiches.

  Zero stars if I could. I’ve been coming here for YEARS, literally 1–2 times a week, and not once—NOT ONCE—has my order been right. Every single time something is messed up. Missing modifications, wrong ingredients, forgotten items… it’s like they don’t even read the ticket. At this point it’s honestly impressive how consistently they screw it up. I keep giving this place chances thinking maybe it’ll be different, and it never is. I’m a regular customer and it clearly does not matter at all. I’m beyond frustrated. If you can’t handle basic modifications or remember what people order, then what are you even doing? Get it together.

  My partner and I go through jimmy johns drive through religiously if we don’t have any time to make something. Today was one of those days so I figured I’d order with the app and earn rewards. I place my order and continue to work. 30 mins goes by and I thought for sure it’s done so I checked the app and nothing.( I’m a pretty understanding guy and usually don’t care.) but then another 30 mins goes by and at this point I stop working wash up and call. The customer service over the phone was terrible and it took them another 10 mins to just figure out my food was just sitting there for an hour getting soggy.
