  Very disappointed.. when we got home our bootlegger was very unimpressive.. there was only turkey on half the sandwich.. lettuce was soggy and the sandwich was very wet .. I couldn't even finish it

  I got a totally tuna sandwich, and when I got home to eat it, it was like someone had taken a fork dipped it in the tuna, and then just wiped it on my bread, there was no tuna whatsoever, one very small tomato, one very small cucumber, and a big piece of bread ... I think I'm going to stop going to this place, because a certain employee there, has not only stolen money from me, by not giving me my change, but now, she also can't make sandwiches

  Ordered my food hours prior to have a set delivery because my workplace has specific times we take lunches and when I called the store to see where my delivery was because it should have been delivered already the employee didn’t seem to care and just blew it off. If I don’t take my lunch within a specific time I will not get one. Hint as to why I ordered it and scheduled a delivery for a specific time. I used to work at the Pocatello branch and I would have never treated a customer the way I was treated. DO BETTER. Not only in customer service but in the service industry!

  Ordered toasted sandwiches. Food took almost an hour to be delivered. Delivery driver drove by twice then still delivered to the wrong address. Food was cold. Terrible.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed a pickup order for “as soon as possible”. Over an hour later and it says it’s still not ready in the app. We go to the store and the order had been ready, they didn’t mark it ready for pickup. No apology from the employees, literally nothing. So frustrated with this experience.
