Ordered from DoorDash the other night and got really bad food poisoning/ bacteria infection. Gotta be better sonic! Reached out to customer service and they said the manager would reach out to me and I haven’t heard anything. Just an update I had area supervisor Brent mills reach out to me via email and did nothing to rectify the situation. I was told nothing has happened like this in the 4 years he’s been there and he would talk to employees that was it. What a pathetic response from a supervisor. This is very sad sonic you guys gave someone food poisoning and made them suffer for a week and that’s the best you got. Pathetic!

Ive tried so hard for months not to post on here negatively. However, I honestly do not understand why we have a sonic and fun menu items if they look nothing like the picture and tastes are cold, stale, gross, expensive for nothing. A few weeks back my daughter found a fly in the ice of her drink. Frozen! I keep reaching out each time and try to give the benefit to the workers... but seriously I think Im officially done with Sonic in Pocatello. My drink tonight looked nothing like picture. I corrected it and yet again it didnt look like the picture.

We ordered two dirty Dr peppers online, which we have never had an issue with before, but today they were absolutely disgusting. For $9.50 I’d expect at least a decent soda but the soda itself tasted off and there was zero flavoring in them other than an old lime floating on the top.. We don’t go through and ask for refunds EVER but again $10?? We decided to go through the drive thru and see if we could get them remade or refunded and were met with only attitude even after apologizing multiple times for being a bother. The manager working (idk the name but had a love tattoo on his neck and a backwards hat) gave us the silent treatment and basically threw the receipt in our face after once again we apologized. Safe to say we’re not coming back and recommend not even bothering when your food is messed up, you’ll just be met with nastiness no matter how respectful you go about it.🥲
