Today, however, I went through the drive through at a little before 2pm, having ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe along with some other food. I got home and realized I had received someone else’s sandwich. I called to let them know and the manager who answered was quite rude and accusatory. No apology for the mistake and they didn’t provide their name when they took my information so I can get a replacement in the near future. They initially said they put me down for the wrong sandwich and when I clarified they replied that they’ll need a receipt (which I have along with the sticker from the other sandwich). Honestly, made me feel guilty for notifying them of their mistake. 2/5 experience at best.
