- NPNikki ParadaNov 1, 20251.0I ordered curbside pickup for my phone half hour before I had to be at work my work is literally two minute drive from McDonald's sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for my food and when I went inside my food was even ready then I received attitude for coming inside my food had not even been started even though on the app it said it would be out within 2 to 5 minutes so I ended up leaving without my food and just wasting money because I was trying to get food before work so I spent money and didn't receive anything and then I got attitude for coming inside to see what was taking so long after waiting for a long time that is poor customer service and I'm very disappointed

It doesn’t seem to matter whether we use the mobile app, drive-thru, or go inside; the wait times are always long and the service feels disorganized. When I think of fast food, I think McDonald’s — but lately, they’re anything but fast. It’s frustrating when you expect a quick meal and end up waiting longer than you would at a sit-down restaurant. I really hope they figure out what’s going wrong, because this used to be one of the most reliable spots in town.
