  the food is amazing don’t get me wrong. i order pick up all the time, but every time i come in, i don’t get a hello, how are you or even a simple smile. not even a “have a good day” after they hand me the food. they won’t even look at me. i see them treat other people with kindness, but every single time i come in, i get glares. no words said besides “what can i get you”. maybe it’s because i order pickup? i don’t think the smoothies are worth being treated like nuisance. ✌🏼

  Fresh out of the dentist office, I'm told "Try not to chew too much" so without hesitation I turn to Jamba Juice for their tantalizing array of healthy choices, good attitudes, and smiles come from warm and genuinely happy people. Thank you Pocatello Jamba Team! You made me a happy customer.

  Hello, it's undeniable that I really love your acai PB Nutella bowl. I've been a regular customer for six months now, but lately the acai juice is more like extremely poorly crushed ice than a smoothie. I don't know if there's been any change in staff or something, but please don't let your standards slip. I love your drinks, but if you don't make them right, it will betray what makes you one of the best beverage companies in Pocatello.
