  Ordered and payed for 20 wings and only got 16, two pieces do kinda LOOK like they are two pieces but are one piece and even then we'd still be missing two if they count them like that.

  My husband and I had a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings this time around. We ordered over the phone, and the girl we spoke to initially didn’t have the best tone. We arrived around 12am to pick up our order, but the attitude from the employee who helped us at the counter was not very welcoming. We asked if our order was ready and wanted to make sure it was correct before paying. My husband politely asked her to check on it, and she just looked at us, said “okay” in an annoyed tone, and walked away. When she came back, she placed the food on the counter without much interaction. When I checked the order, my name was spelled wrong even though I had spelled it out over the phone. When I opened the bag with the sauces, one of the fry sauces had spilled all over the bag and onto the other sauces. I mentioned out loud that the fry sauce was open and spilled, but there was no apology or acknowledgment. On top of that, my wings weren’t fully tossed in sauce. What made this more disappointing is that we had been there the night before and the food was so good that we came back again — so this experience really missed the mark. The food quality and customer service were not what we expected this time. The employee who helped us was named Jackie or Jacqueline (not entirely sure), but the attitude we received made the experience uncomfortable. Hopefully this is something that can be improved because we usually enjoy coming here.

  Zero Stars for 'service.' Explained to the hostess that though I ordered online to use a reward on my account, I wanted to eat in the restaurant. She thought I wanted to order food AND take the pickup order home. Even once I explained that made no sense and reiterated my reason for ordering ahead, she still told me to wait. Over half the tables were clean with vacant seating - I was still expected to wait over 20 minutes for my food before I was allowed to sit. All my food was unnecessarily packed in to-go boxes. Ingredients I asked to be removed from sides were still there. It took another 20 minutes after being allowed to sit to get a server's attention to ask for water. I was not offered a straw. After a few sips of water, I looked more closely at a dark spot in the middle of the ice that I hoped was mineral build up from the ice machine. Stupidly, it was a dead gnat. I had a long draining day and didn't want to cook at home so I went out solo. Considered asking to speak to the manager or supervisor on shift. Decided to write and post this review instead. I used to come to BWW with friends often. I will not be supporting suggestions to eat at this BWW location in the foreseeable future. Edit: To his credit, the server who brought me water checked on me before I left and offered to replace the glass of water.

  Good place to watch fights. Wings aren't bad either.

  Trash, dining was closed for an hour because they didn’t have staff. Just go to Mackenzie Pizza 300ft away.
