  Ordered at 10:45pm and the entire service was terrible. I got a $6 bigger bag, chicken sandwich, and son of baconator. Was told there would be a 6 minute wait for a chicken sandwich before I got to the window. Pull up to the window and didn't even give me a receipt. When I get my order everything is wrong. Chicken sandwich ordered plain had everything on it, asked for spicy nuggets and got regular, sandwich was cold, fries were cold. Got a drink with no ice and they did not fill it up all the way. I don't mind waiting for food, especially if it's fresh, but waiting for my food to be cold is unfortunate. I understand it costs more to not have ice in drinks, so why not upcharge then to give me a medium drink in a large cup. Just go to in and out or taco bell down the street for a better experience.

  Hey Wendy's come teach your team members communication skills if you dont have lettuce totally understand what my husband received is totally unacceptable for a lettuce wrap I've never seen this served this way definitely our last time at Wendy's. You cannot just substitute shredded lettuce for a lettuce wrapped burger.

  I was given raw chicken. Never have a problem at this Wendy’s before but this time I ordered 2 spicy chickens and one was raw. I had to drive back to the location and didn’t receive an apology or anything and she just gave me my replacement and closed the window. They also forgot my coupon when I had previously ordered for my free jr frosty. Not impressed with today’s service.
