- KJKaydence JohnsonDec 2, 20251.0worst service ever the female manager is rude and unprofessional, they messed up our original burritos ( we ordered bacon and got sausage neither one of us will eat their sausage) so we brought them back originally were told they can't take them and to just keep them and they'll make new ones proceed to wait for our new ones then have a worker bring them out which was nice, these ones were right she asked if we wanted to throw the other ones away we said no because why throw away food just because we won't eat it, my fiancé was gonna give them to his coworkers just because we don't like them doesn't mean perfectly good food should get thrown away, the manager then comes out very rude and says we need those back and i said they're right there and said we were told you couldn't take them back she responded as she was walking yea we can't take them over the counter once again very rude and tosses them in the trash, i've never been to a place that when they mess up act like that they were rude to begin with when we said that they were wrong in the first place, maybe read your orders? i don't know doesn't sit right with me that you throw away food that could've been given away to others. i've never been to a place where they do that i'm not sure if that's normal or what but her demeanor about the whole thing was very rude and just like mean girl like. we have done nothing to you for you to act like that. i don't think we will be coming back to this one if that's how they act when they make mistakes.
