When i got my food it was cold and i still paid for a combo and was not given my side or receipt. i didn’t realize till i was already at work. this was my first time coming since friends recommended but im disappointed in the encounter :/ and wasted money.
- MSMorgan SneedJan 19, 20263.0i always come to this location and everyone is usually so sweet but this time idk they were so rude this was my first time i used the drive through too when i drove up and ordered they said smoothies couldnt be made with a specific item but i always get it with it :/ i didnt complain just said ok when i got to the window i got no greeting just “your total is blah blah blah” and than as i was leaving they said “who gets a smoothie like that” regardless if they were talking about mine or not that is so rude to say infront of a customer im very disappointed tbh because my experience is usually 10/10 i was literally here yesterday and got this smoothie and had no problems so i have no idea where that switch up came from but i was shocked to say the least. atleast i can say the smoothie was still good
