Tonight we make an online order and I go to pick it up. Go through the drive thru and give them the name, everything pops up on the screen and I say it looks good. Pull to the window and they give me my drinks then at least three of them stand inside the window talking. It takes them 10 minutes to realize that the line is not seeing my order and it has not been made. They asked me to pull to the front while they get it made, 10 about minutes after that I go inside to see where we are on the order. It had been sitting in drive thru for who knows how long. Night shift has absolutely zero communication skills unless it's recreational. Night shift seriously needs a manager who cares about their job and the entire team needs retrained.
