I just want to let you know that Shal, who was working the drive-through, not only is incredible at her job, but also her upbeat positive attitude was the only reason why I donated to the college fund. I never donate, But she was so peppy and sweet and friendly and funny that when she asked me if I wanted to round up, I said absolutely yes. Give this girl a raise and a promotion ❤️ Shout out to Casey as well!!

I noticed a significant service quality plummet in 2020 that has only improved by the slightest of margins over the years. I absolutely subscribe to the mindset of giving people (and establishments) and abundance of grace, but tonight was just too much. We had a small order of 4 items placed via mobile order. The business was packed and unbelievably slow. It took over an hour of waiting to get our food, and after being told our order was almost ready, they then had to make it all over again because they lost our order entirely in the system somehow, only to find it when they looked again 10 minutes later? A ridiculous amount of grief for a $7 order that tasted undercooked. We have lost the desire to return to this location.
