  If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 I would. This location sucks and I will never go back. I never write reviews but this one had to be done. Spent way too much money for how I was treated. They look at you like you’re dumb when you walk in no hello or hi how are you like a normal person would do. They made all my sandwiches cold when I asked for TOASTED which should be pretty simple. Nope I went in and they just stared at me and I told them what I ordered and stood there another 10 min. Never mind good grief. The people who work there shouldn’t work there please hire new people! The rating on google explains itself if you didn’t hire teenagers who don’t give a crap about people you might have better reviews.

  If you are wondering, is subway still good, are they're sandwiches still cheap and delicious, are there salads great and loaded? The answer is no. The quality is so far from where it was. They barely put anything on a salad or sandwiches. Ask for olives, here's 10 chopped olive pieces, not enough ask for more here's 3 and they cover the bowl so you can't see how many they added and when they uncover it it looks the same. Also over priced for what little you get. Not worth any convenience. Want more than a sprinkle of shredded cheese, costs extra. Want more than a teaspoon of a sause, costs extra. And the service is side eyes and not wanting to be there. I'm good.

  Absolute disgrace of an establishment. There is no way that they should still be up and running as somebody who truly loved Subway. There was no other store that is more aggravating that they do not give you the service that you PAY FOR!!!!. It is make your own and they complain when you asked to add more when it is literally a build your own and they seem to only know how to hire incompetent employees and the manager is a rude Nasty Incompetent manager

  I’m pregnant so I make sure to toast my sandwiches, the manager on shift this morning was extremely unpleasant. 1st I placed my Mobile order on it had 2 of the raspberry cookies, when I arrived I was told I would have to pick a different flavor of cookie because “I just pulled those out of the oven so they are too hot” why couldn’t I wait for them to cool down enough for you to serve them to me?!! I then said okay I do not want another cookie can I please have a refund for them “no” no explanation or anything so I either had to take cookies I didn’t want or pay for something I never received. Ultimately I just took my sandwich and left. After unwrapping my sandwich I could see and FEEL that it was NOT toasted at least not for the correct time, it was super soft bread and everything on it was still cold, very upset I decided to return. I came in and asked “can I please get my sandwich made correctly?” To which the manager responded that it was made right, I said okay I disagree with you and I would like a refund for my sandwich and cookies so my entire order please, (mind you I did not even take a bite out of my sandwich) she said “no I can’t refund you because there isn’t anything wrong with your order, I made it correctly and it is toasted” regardless of if you did make it correctly, I was so unpleased with the service and I did not feel it was toasted so I brought it back uneaten and still was refused a refund… so not only was I unable to eat my food for fear that I would get sick since I’m pregnant but I was refused a refund two separate times so that I could go get food replaced. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this subway.

  Staff was rude to not only us but other customers was a guy and girl working at 6:15pm 1/16/26
