I have never been treated so poorly from a fast food employee let alone the manager. I stopped by Sonics to get dinner for my family and they forgot my wife's chiken sandwich. I called ahead to get the forgotten sandwich ready when I arrived and told the the stall I had parked in. After 10 minutes of waiting I called again to find out what was taking so long and the girl who answered just said he is heading out now and hung up on me without anything else said. No apologies for forgetting the sandwich, no apologies for the long wait, nothing. Now after having to drive all the way back to get the missing sandwich I have to come home to cold fries, a cold soggy burger, and a watered down drink. She even sent the drive through guy out with some card without any explanation of what was on it or what I am supposed to do with it. Absolutely poor management and poor customer service.

The guy “Coner” that took our order had an attitude. Didn’t inform us that they are short staffed. Pushed the button again and got attitude again and the person was muffled, informed the person that no payment option came through on screen. But we waited 30 mins for our 2 milkshakes. There was 2 sets of vehicles that got here after us and got their stuff before us. Once we got our shakes the guy didn’t apologize for the wait or apologize at all. Just told “here you go” no smile or anything and walked away. No spoons or napkins with our milkshakes. Also haven’t had any taste of chocolate or brownies in the Peppermint brownie bark milkshake.

Seems the service here just keeps getting worse and worse. The last three times I've been here I've been met with poor attitudes and a lack of custo.er service skills. Tonight I didn't even finish placing my order. I just told them I was going somewhere else. I've worked in customer service for 20 years both as a worker and a manager. This would never be acceptable in any workplace I've been employed with! I hope you get this fixed fast!
