  Every time I eat here it gets better and better. Their new menu is so good! The skewers and rice is amazing. Let’s not forget about the French onion which is the best ever! The wait staff is amazing and the young hostesses are super friendly and very accommodating! Thank you again for a great experience!!

  Waited 15 minutes at the bar top. Not one person who walked into the bar area greeted my wife or I. There was 5-6 servers that walked in and out of bar area. We got up and walked out past 2 servers and the hostess and still no one said anything to us. VERY POOR customer service.

  Not only did they do a great job with our dinner & service, they went way above and beyond by finding my earrings and hair bow that my daughter left in a stack of plates! Thank you SO MUCH Rachel!!!!!!

  I dinned in at the location in nampa on Saturday 12/13. There was a man sitting at the table next to us profusely throwing up on his plate. I assumed a staff member would kindly ask him to leave but instead the server took the puke filled plate away and gave him a to go container to throw up in! I then asked for the manager and her response was “yea that happens a lot, I hope they threw away his plate” It’s making me question if I ever want to eat at outback ever again.

  Came in yesterday with a party of 6 people for my birthday, we walk in and the young host girl asked how many we said 6 and she goes okay there is a booth this way, and we have two very large men in our group two women and two teenagers , she walks us to the booth that seats 6 and of course not all 6 of us would fit , we asked for a table if it was possible because almost every table was open, it was 4pm in the evening and she said all tables were reserved for 5:30 so we couldn’t sit at one . So we said okay then can we have two booths then ? And another waitress comes over asked what the issue is she said they want to sit at two booths and she said okay that’s fine we have these two booths over here , so we are seated and given our menus …… then a whole different lady I’m assuming management of some sort comes over and tells us we are not allowed to occupy two booths , we are sitting at a booth of 6 so we all need to sit and one booth or we were asked to stand up and wait until after 5:30 when reservations had left . She let us know a table would be ready at 7 so we could wait . At this point we stood up and walked out . I can’t believe the type of service that was allowed and the behavior of the staff and management.
