  Absolutely the WORST customer service, I pulled up to the first window and NO ONE was there, so after waiting 30 seconds I pull to the second window..after a long time for someone to even come to the window a young kid that was supposed to be at the cash register in the first window appears, tells me my order. I pay Apple Pay so he TAKES MY PHONE without any communication that he’s taking my phone to the BACK of this restaurant whose ran by nothing but kids… is gone for over a minute I’m telling a girl and a guy to go get my phone over and over as they proceed to just stare at me and not do a thing. FINALLY the girl who I asked repeatedly to get my phone brings me my food and I ask her who the manager was and SHE ACTUALLY tells me it’s her. Like WOW!!!!! I was telling her how upset I was my phone was ever even taken to the back without communication!! She said I thought he asked permission, I looked at her and said I told YOU repeatedly to be my phone and did NOTHING. This “restaurant” is beyond a joke at this point. What if my money on my app’s like cashapp was getting transferred and I’m looking at the manager for help and she is just staring at me doing NOTHING? This is beyond ridiculous!!!!

  So this place either really hates a little product loss and recycles unused orders or the ice cream machine was not quite working and they did not tell me. My shake was not frozen at all. It was basically chocolate milk. It was like it was sitting in the fridge for hours rather than a freshly made shake. The guy at the window looked at me like he dared me to challenge him with the drink he was giving me. So, I left and tossed the drink and went to burger king. I got an actual frozen chocolate shake.

  Normally, I wouldn’t leave her review for a fast food restaurant, but the last four or five times I’ve been to this McDonald’s. The employees were absolutely delightful. It’s always nice when you feel better leaving a fast food restaurant then when you got there. Food is always fresh, people are always genuine, and I would recommend this McDonald’s over any I’ve ever been to.
