They delivered my order incorrectly. We placed it through the drive-thru, and when we got home and realized something was missing, their response was to come back and they would give us what was missing. As if, after a nine-hour shift and attending a school meeting, I'd have the energy to go back! Their solution was to give me credit for exactly what was missing, so in the end, it was exactly the same thing, only now they've already been charged. And as if I'd be tempted to go back for more and use the credit they gave me from money I'd already paid for. It's a rip-off.

Literally the slowest Jimmy John’s ever! I’ve been to multiple JJ all over the valley and this one by far takes the award for slowest.
