Waited in line for over 15 minutes with two cars in front of me, then when I got to the window, some guy( didn’t have a name tag) said, “ your order was lost in translation” as he was smiling. So I had to submit my order a second time. When final getting my food he handed me a shake I had not ordered so I told him again what it was and then they couldn’t remember the straws or cheese sauce. I don’t know what crew was on shift Saturday the 13th at 3:30 but they’re terrible.

This is an occurrence every time and leads to me being in their drive thru for almost 30 minutes. I love Jamba Juice but lack of professionalism and empathy when they do mess up your order. Then when the employee who messes up your order slams the window shut and won’t come back to the window shows you employees just don’t care. It’s very sad to see Jamba Juice going down this path of being known for very horrible customer service.
