  Always had the best staff so friendly and kind the drinks are always amazing and over all just love everything about it

  First of all, love dutch bros. I go to one every morning, staff is always friendly and, for the most part, quick. However, more often than not I run into broistas having conversations for FAR too long. Ignoring the other people in line while they chat away for, 10-15 minutes with a person. Like today, someone else had to come out and take both my and the singular other car waiting's order. Due to the girl already out there having what seemed to be either a therapy session or a full on reunion. After my order was taken and the car in front was still sitting there chatting away with this girl. She looks over to me and rather dismissively says "go around" and does a little hand gesture. When I don't immediately comply she reiterates doing the hand gesture again more firm as though I was too stupid to understand it the first time. I'll conceed that at least I was given the option to go around and not wait for this little heart to heart in a drive thru to finish up, but still. There should be a limit to how long a conversation can go on. Someone else shouldn't have to come out and help you do your job when there are only 3 cars in the drive through. I get it, dutch is a fun chill place, but it's still a business. Being cool and chill shouldn't come at the cost of a customer's experience. That person she was talking to probably felt great about their interaction with her. But to the people behind, quickly dismissed and told to "go around" as though I was interrupting or intruding on their drive thru therapy session. It's a less than stellar experience that leaves one feeling like a nuisance for wanting to get a coffee from a coffee shop.

  This is hands down the best Dutch I’ve ever seen! The staff is top notch and always friendly. Even when the lines are crazy they still get everyone through and they do it with a smile. Best Dutch crew ever!

  This is my absolute favorite Dutch location!!! Everyone here is so nice especially the twins Chloe and Chantie they always go out of their way to take care of me and make sure my drinks are absolutely perfect. I always get the blended Horchata Chai with WHITE COFFEE and coconut milk, extra cinnamon, sprinkles, and caramel drizzle is to die for!!! I look forward to seeing those two girls every time I go to Dutch and always hope they’re working!!! they definitely deserve a raise!!! I only gave the food portion of this rating 3 stars cause I wish they had more food options bring in some breakfast burritos!!!

  Sat in the drive-thru for 17 minutes while the only employee that was taking orders was having a nice long conversation with one car while the other 9 cars in line waited for their orders to be taken. Several cars finally got sick of waiting and drove off and we would have done the same thing if we hadn't been stuck in the inside lane. This Dutch seems to have this problem a lot lately and reminded me why we stopped going to Dutch Bros and haven't been in almost 3 years up until about two weeks ago. They also gave me the wrong drink but I didn't notice until I left and wasn't about to go back. I ended up throwing it away because whatever it was was nasty and we went to a different coffee shop. We definitely won't be going back.
