- JPJeff PerrineFeb 20, 20261.0I just waited in line behind a car in the drive thru for over 7 minutes. With only one car in front of me. Not that the wait was irregular, but the reason was beyond unprofessional. The young blond girl working with thick eyebrows was blabbing her mouth off to one of her friends in an S.U.V.. I am used to a wait, but flat out ignoring me while she just kept talking was super rude. She looked at me and then went right back to talking. Super irritating to sit and wait while an employee keeps talking like I wasn't there. I thought maybe the person in the vehicle was waiting for their order, but they weren't. They had no drinks delievered during all the time I waited.They were just chatting and chatting. Then she had the audacity to ask me for a tip before giving me my order. The fact that she didn't understand how rude she was, is shocking. What a disgusting display of customer service. 845 P.M. at the Dutch bros next to best buy/ in and out burger. Management needs to review the footage. I am beyond P.O.d. I will not be returning to this Dutch in the evening anytime soon. This staff member needs to be reprimanded for her cruddy customer service.

We joke about coming up with a name for it so its not so much to say at 5 am lol š the amazing attitudes are infectious in the mornings. You have one blonde young lady that works mornings that is super friendly that stands out the most. She knows exactly what im asking for even though i know them by the OG names and shes the generation behind the new names. One day i plan to have my daughter work there next to some amazing individuals with hearts of gold!

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
