  We ordered dinner and when it was delivered we discovered a mix up on the order, I called and explained what happened the supervisor/manager was so kind and understanding she replaced the mixup and threw in lava cakes! Our food was hot and tasted great. Thank you for fixing our order we really appreciated it!

  Its always a hit or miss with Little Ceasars. Sometimes the pizza is burnt and overcooked, other times, the pizza will be floppy and undercooked with excessive amounts of cheese, and sometimes they don't even cut the pizza and you have to rip it apart. Its rare when you get a nice solid Little Ceasars pizza. When it is cooked correctly its nice, but the price increase does not justify the inconsistent and careless pizza they put out. Just bought a classic pepperoni and it was undercooked, floppy, and there was so much cheese that it would fall straight off. Also the pretzel pizza is one of the worst monstrosities I've ever had the displeasure of eating. I strongly recommend you to stay away from it. Its more worth it to just go to dominoes. They put out consistently good pizza for a pizza chain. But honestly go and support your local pizza shops. The quality and everything else is just so much better compared to pizza chains

  0/10 do not recommend. First we ordered on the app and it was delivered to a house we lived at 5 years ago that was on the complete opposite side of town (yes I verified our address when I ordered for delivery). I called the store to get my order and they told me to call the greenhurst store which in turn told me to call them. So never got that order or a refund! Going through my bank statement they charged me twice for an orderror. I called the store and the woman said she checked with her manager and we had been issued a refund. I insisted we had not. She told me they did it on their end so it must be something with our bank. Spoiler alert it wasnt a problem with our bank. So 1 never received an order we replaced. And we're out $40 and basically told they arent going to do anything about it.
