- SHShannon HaasJan 14, 20265.0Dips is an experience! We drive over from Boise to Dips in Nampa, not just for the ice cream bar, but to sit and relax in their adorable ice cream parlor and visit. The employees are always so kind and patient with us. We order one of the monthly specialty bars they offer and eat and visit at the shop, then we take our usual ice cream bar home to eat later on in the week. It's GREAT!!
