However, the servers try to help each other out as it's very busy. The wait time is too lengthy. Something for management to work on.

So we go find a table in the bar, we get passed by a few servers without any acknowledgement...finally the host walks by and I ask him if we could get some menus, then our server comes over asking if there is a problem.. yes, we've been sitting here without even be acknowledged. Of course, she had her excuses. The food was lukewarm by the time we got it. And then when she brought me my to go box, she took forever to bring my check because I saw her chatting at another table for about 10 minutes. I did not leave a decent tip but I think I gave her what she deserved. Won't be coming back.

There is no greeter at the entrance, just whoever waitress has the time to come get you. You can see empty tables that have used dishes and leftover from what I assume low staffing.
